It is more essential than ever that those responsible for education in their organisations integrate digital technology into their respective learning environments, establishing a digital culture across the workforce.
What is the aim of this apprenticeship?
The aim of the Digital Learning Practitioners apprenticeship is to provide the knowledge and skills to allow the learner to create effective and inclusive digital content for learning and development. We are currently delivering an education pathway and a L&D pathway, although units can be chosen specifically in relation to the learner and their organisation/developmental needs.
Who is this apprenticeship for?
This Apprenticeship is aimed at professionals in the education sector who have an interest in digital learning and wish to develop their knowledge and skills in this area. Their job role may be in learning or development, such as teachers, lecturers, development managers, assessors, trainers, teaching assistants looking to improve their digital learning skills.
How is this apprenticeship delivered?
This Apprenticeship is delivered remotely, making use of e-portfolio software and varied assessment methods to gather evidence. Learners will be assigned an assessor who will be responsible for supporting them in achieving the qualification. Learners and assessors will work in partnership with a designated Employer Manager from your organisation who will oversee learning and development activities approximately every six weeks. Regular 1:1 review sessions, webinars and digital resources will also be provided as support and guidance.
